All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or US holidays. All orders are shipped every Monday and Friday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Domestic orders placed are estimated to be delivered within 3-8 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation and tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You will find your tracking number within this email.
Refunds & Returns
If you're unhappy with your order because it is not of satisfactory quality or fit for its particular purpose described, then please contact us at [email protected] and the issue will be resolved. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
